Tomato Soup has to be one of Emi's favorite meals. Awhile back, I found the most incredible recipe for homemade. Emi's never had it from a can (I'm not a big fan of canned soups because if the sodium). She will eat as much of this as we will put in front of her!

BTW, I've posted the recipe before. When I get a minute at my computer, I will add a link here again. It's that good AND easy!

I have tried it at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Not made the recipe yet, but it is on my list. Not to far off from yours.
